Bad service of lost learner records

Damelin lost certificate nightmare. I was a learner with Damelin around 2004 and have lost my certificate. I have been trying without success to get a copy from damelin since last year Sept. I am being sent to pillar to post from braamfontein office who sent me a confirmation letter but not signed topinetown office to randburg office who advise that damelin ownership changed in 2008 and not all previous records were provided to educor hence they can't help. After speaking to registra I was advised previous owner I'd network 24 naspers who it's also been pillar to post as no one knows about damelin being part of them. Damelin is not being helpful at all cannot even provide contact details for previous owners and this is affecting my chances of securing employment.
