Bad service. I want my money back

So I registered for a course in the pretoria campus. I they took long to give me the book list to buy and came up with excuses . End of April I was told that the course I registered for won't be running. On the 21st of May I app**** for refund. And the people who was handling my refund was magdelin and katlego. They told me it will take 3 month to get my refund . They kept on coming with excuses and excuses . Up until now I have not gotten my refund. It has been more than 3 month and I have prove of emails that shows when I app**** for refund. Your people are rude and the service is bad . I want my money back.
