bad Service

I made payments to the college of R39000 and they told me I couldn't study because they can't offer me 2 modules that I needed to do,so I made a refund request from April till now they haven't refuded me it been 6months already I have been calling numerous times even to the refund manager Mr shaw he said he will do it the following day after 2weeks of him saying that still nothing in my bank account im very angry with their service I wouldn't advise anyone to go n study there.
