Bad service

<p>To Whom it may concern<br />(Damelin, really very unprofessional, my son completed FET HRM certification course in 2014, haven't received any certification as yet only thing forthcoming is excuses, empty promises and only if I enquire, otherwise no feedback from you guys, I would never recommend your institution to anyone. </p>
