Bad Service

In December 2015 I registered my brother Mandisi Tima student number ********** 02 with Damelin Mowbray Campus in Cape Town we were assisted by Gwynneth Nkqayi. I informed her we have not received his results yet but we wanted to secure a place for him for 2016. We concluded the registration process I payed the R4500 using my cheque card and he was given a Tablet as part of the Damelin promotion. Upon my return back to Joburg in January 2016 I went to my brother's previous school and was given his report. I then discovered that he did not pass his matric. I then informed Gwynneth that I will need my refund as there is no need for my brother to study at Damelin. She told me I will forfeit the R1000 because it is non refundable and I will be charged R2000 for the Tablet. We then agrreed that I will get R1500 back on my deposit. I continued for the following months to enquire about my refund and I was not getting any joy from her side. In April I decided to go to the Damelin Campus in Boksburg where I live. I was assisted by 2 ladies who were at reception on that day and they told me I will wait forever if I do not call their head office in Durban as this has been happening for years to other people. They gave me the number to the head office and I spoke to Chantel Maharaj. She contacted the Mowbray Campus who only then in May sent me forms to fill out and send them back. I did as required but found out later that they did not receive anything from me. I then went to Cape Town to the Mowbray Campus to enquire about the status of my refund. I was told by Lynn Naidoo the GM that I need to fill out those forms again. She told me it normally takes 90 days to process a refund and I wasn't happy because I have already waited 6 months for this to be done. She promised me verbally that if I fill out the forms she will fast track the process personally and make sure it is done promptly. I trusted her to do just that I filled the forms and sent all required documentation. I was then told I am only getting R1000 refund because the Tablet is R2500. I refused to be short changed like that because Gwynneth who is their employee told me that Tablet will be R2000. I have since sent about 4 emails to Lynn Naidoo and she is not responding to my emails. I do not know what else to do now please assist.
