Bad Post-Student Service

I am getting really annoyed, tried to speak to someone in Damelin Mowbray to obtain my transcript from 2013. I just get transferred around and am starting to feel like a ping pong ball. I ask to be put through to the academic department and then from there get transferred to finance. Finance tells me to hold the call gets cut, I call again and they not there.

I tried calling three times today and no response.

This is really pathetic. I am trying to further my studies and no one can help me.
