Awaiting results for last year exams

I wrote exams last year in November for one registered subject, later paid exams fees in March 2017 for them to release the outcome of the exam, I called them so many times, sent them countless instant messages on Facebook, emailed them over and over but they don't give what I want! On of their student advisor by the name of Evobia, told me my script was LOST, to me it doesn't make sense as Damelin is a reputable institution to have done something like this! I've lost up to R5000 and more for this course to not be afforded a chance whether I failed or passed the assessment! The last advisor said I'll get a call from her HOD or something, that's like two weeks ago! I need them to meet their end of the bargain and proof that my script isn't lost, a copy of it would be proof enough.

I'm really angry and disappointed with how this matter is being handled!
