angry and frustrated parent

my son studied with Damelin since 2021 and he was supposed to finish in 2024 with 2 modules behind. he struggled to register the 2 modules on their system we had to go up and down not knowing who the relevant person to assist is and worse there was no exact lecture we were taken from pillar to post. emails send no responds we tried for them to give exception to write assignments because he was delayed but no responds to that but he wrote the exams still but the results are still the same as a year ago and now i need clarity no one is responding the menlyn branch is closed. when calling the braamfontein and ransburg campus no answer and Tarryn is not responding to any of the mails. and they will pester you when you are not paying their fees. if they cant assist i want my money back for the waste we went through. so *********** they cant even try to maintain their reputation
