After over a year nothing

This is over a year and no refund, is this the new way to rob people from their money!!! Someone needs to contact me because I phoned how many time and still nothing... Maybe I need to contact the ombudsman for Damelin. I give Damelin two day from now, so if I don't hear anything from Damelin on the 21st of September 2015, I will my a phone call to the ombudsman.
