Accounts delaying Payment

<p>I have deregistered my daughter at Damelin in Braamfontein in Feb 2016 as she had liver transplant surgery and I was required to submit reasons for cancelling which I did. Up to this day I have not been refunded I am given a run around and I need that money to cover medical bills. It is very frustrating to be put in such a position by an institution that is highly reputable. </p>
