A Colleague That Needs an Education

What a bunch of idiots. Paid an application fee but nothing happens afterwards. Nobody can help you. Staff don't even know what courses they do offer, switchboard does not have the ability to provide telephone numbers...and you guys want to teach others???

I want my money back. No application was done so my money must be paid back to me.
