3yrs Later no certificate for a 3 mnth course!

2013 I enrolled for a Facilitator course with Damelin Randburg of which were told once completed PoE feedback/certification takes between 3-6mnths 3yrs later still no certificate! After 6mnth I call to enquire on progress since we were told that we would be called for feedback on assessment, I was told that the Facilitator/ assessor responsible has been fired and Damelin is still waiting to receive student PoE from him and I would be called. A year passed nobody called, again phoned and told that I need to complete few activities I should collect the file, all this time Was calling. 2nd yr called to be Told newly appointed assessor past on and PoE files need to be collected from his/her home and I would be called. In the meantime no one is taking responsibility for the poor communication, I kept going and calling. The 3rd appointed assessor required me to provide certain items but nobody called to inform me and only discovered in 1 of my many calls. went again, I was told my file was in storage and person with keys went to lunch, I sat 1H30 waiting with no communication, keys arrived, was told assessor/sale agent is busy with new recruits and I must wait for people cutting in.
