3 MONTHS IS TOO LONG

I was supposed to start studying a diploma in graphic and media design at damelin this month. A course that i was told was available both on full-time as well as on part-time. I work full-time and can't possibly attend classes in the morning - this was discussed with the consultant who was assisting me. <br> <br> When i was told that there will be evening classes i made means to pay the registration fee of R1000 as well as paying the full year's tuition of R29590. Now on the 22nd i met with the academic co-ordinator who told me that there are absolutely no part-time classes and that i would need to attend full-time. <br> <br> I looked whether there are part-time classes in other branches nearby and there were none. The next day i told the school i want a refund because i didnt get what i was promised, and was told to fill in forms and write a letter explaining my reasons the entire process will take 3 months or more for me to get refunded. <br> <br> NOW I CANNOT UNDERSTAND FOR THE LIFE OF ME, WHY IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!! . I AM DEEPLY ANGERED AND DISAPPOINTED BY DAMELIN!!! THIS IS REALLY BAD AND SHOWS INCOMPETENCE BY THE INSTITUTION
