3 months and still no Damelin textbooks!!

I enrolled with Damelin in December 2014, I received my first lot of books within 2 days, which I was incredibly pleased about! Then upon starting to study I noticed that the books were not complete and I had been given the last textbooks for the course, thus my studying stopped as I need to obviously start with book 1 and not book 10! After countless emails and cut off phone calls I have received 3 more books which were still not the 1st books again I have sent numerous emails and continue to get the same reply \We will keep you posted"- I am yet to receive my response! But amazing how they find it so simple to deduct their monthly installment! <br> Seriously one incredibly unhappy customer!!! """
