3 month wait for refund and no feedback

I registered for a course with damelin, damelin then cancelled this course stating that there were not enough students interested to run the course.<br> I paid R4400 in full , registration and fees. I was told it takes 8-12 weeks to process a refund ..I was told today , 10 weeks after my refund request was done that there is missing forms .. I can't understand how this is my fault/problem..why was I not contacted and told this instead of calling around? I spoke to a lady named chantell at the customer service department who is very vague and can't give any concrete reason and eta as to when this will be resolved..what a waste of time and resources..so would anyone at damelin like to save their dying name ? I would like my money back please , asap
