PAYMENT STILL OUTSTANDING DESPITE REPEATED CONTACT

Mr Athol Margolis of DAMAT PLASTICS CC removed from my premises ("LUV" ENTERPRISES) at Silvern Centre in Nugget Street, City & Suburban, Johannesburg on the 23rd October 2017. He undertook to pay me the sum of R1,00 per kilo for same.

He advised me that the weight was just under 500 kilos, but I have no way of verifying this as the same were not weighed in front of me.

I am in possession of a written document from him promising to pay the amount due to me by way of an EFT into my Bank Account at the end of October 2017. I also have a signed receipt from Mr Margolis confirming that he received the said perspex off-cuts.

To date despite numerous promises payment has not been received by me.
