Damac Dubai. Bait and switch

Damac sent a crew to South Africa on a roadshow. They were marketing aycon city which was the flavor of the time. The brochures were spectacular and the building stunning. Anyway a few years later I am half way through the payment plan when I meet a damac salesperson in Dubai and it seems they didn't build the building of my dreams and decided to build something else instead.
