Dam Technical College very poor service

I registered on the 27th of February for correspondence and I l'm writing in March. I haven't received my books and the lady keeps promising that they are coming. Yesterday she said that she is posting them but I haven't received anything yet. She is so rude!!!I can't believe how untrained she is. You speak properly to customers, update them and apologize.
