Dam technical college in Braamfontain will waste your time

I wrote my exams in 2020 and passed, even today I haven't gotten my certificate, every time I go to the college the matter is being handled and I should wait for feedback. It's been many stories, I even tried the department for help with no luck, I'm losing job opportunities and very stressed.
