Terrible after sales service

To me their after sales service is terrible. After buying a brand new vehicle from them which dey seed they are here for me. When I encounter a problem their responds was that they cannot help me cos that how dey purchased the vehicle. They have not contacted me once unless I had to call first. Eventually even the dealer principal was so rude that he didn't even to offer to hear to my problem.
