My worst experience buying my first car

<p>I was so excited to buy my 1st car and the dealership I purchased it from made it the worst experience ever. I've had the car for almost 3 months now and due to the lack of communication and horrible service I'm actually hating this car.</p> <p>The day I was told that the car was ready for me to collect, I went to the dealership with so much excitement, but ended up waiting for 1 whole hour because only upon my arrival they then rushed and started getting the car ready, which I then had to take a 1/2 a days leave from work because of their delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whilst having the car, I noticed the drivers window wasn't working as well as the back of the car had cracks on the bumper, I phoned the salesman (worst salesman ever) he 1st acted as if I was lying, but then agreed to get it sorted which never happened. The manager then called me the following month insisting that I urgently come through because the paperwork was incorrect as they had a different engine number to the actual engine number on the car. Thank God nothing happpened to the car in that time because they even gave the insurance the incorrect engine number. ☹️ He then told me they will contact me once they have the registration sorted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited this whole time and never got a call so I decided to give them a call to ask what's happening with the registration as I will be relocating soon and to get the window and bumper fixed. The manager was confused and insisted that he can't believe the registration wasn't sorted. He then said I should bring the car in. They refused to fix the bumper (as if I damaged it). I am still awaiting the registration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be extra cautious when buying a car from Daly Auto in klerksdorp (adamayview). They made me hate my 1st car. ☹️ I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted! I will never buy a car from this dealership ever again!!!! </p>
