WRONG CREDIT PROFILE AFTER PAYING OFF A LOAN

I recently paid off my Absa loan account with Daly following a settlement agreement, but on my credit profile it has been updated as "up to date" and not "paid up". This gives an impression that i still owe the loan while i have actually paid it off. i am in the process of buying a house so this "up to date" status affects my score. The credit bureaus should be updated as "paid up". Please fix this urgently.
