Worst service ever even if you pay them

1st igot a hell of bad experience with the agent Manager sorted it out and i greed on a settlement with them But these people still call me and ihave every information about credit cops iknow i get charged now and then they debit from my account yet they still call me how can the consumer omburdsman help me along with you hello peter please help me im soooo Angry :(
