Worst service ever☹️

I app**** for consolidation loan with my company and on the 28th may 2021 they settled my tfg account however they used incorrect ref. I called and mailed proof of payment to daly however every time I being told they waiting for Tfg to allocate the payment i mean for how long does it take to update the payment? instead i get threatening messages and calls from their agents for collections whereas payment has been done anf provided proof.
