Worst service EVER

My account was paid-up, next day I get sms stating that the agreed apon amount was not baid and I must pay R23 more, I paid R50 more. Now I must wait 6 weeks for a paid-up letter. Never use this company, they don't do their job, maybe they have expensive and free coffee in the break rooms
