Worst customer service
I got a contact via WhatsApp and they say the last payment I made was R500 which was last year, and I paid up and requested paid up letter, but they decline to give me a simple paid-up letter. I don't know what's wrong with this company and they also don't call back upon response. I drained by this company please can I have my paid-up letter . Thís is just terrible service. Funny is all the other company as so as I paid up, they entitled me to my paid -up letter. Customer service is vile they even drop the phone on you
