Victimization

I would like to report this company for victimization they have been treating me like they are loan sharp we have an arrangement in place but they ignore it and call my workplace everyday as if I'm person running away from them. Are these companies even regulated as they have been acting like a law unto themselves with disregard of the law and my consumer rights. Woolworths is also responsible as this company is collecting for them.
