Very bad poor service

I have logged a query on the 21/12/2020 on ticket ***7, received a response that my query will be attended to within 5 days. It's now 18/02/2021 and I have not received any assistance from you guys. I paid of my Price account that was handed to you and my credit has not been updated or even received my paid up letter.. I don't know what supermarket you running but you messing up people's life because of your Incompetency.. I need my paid up letter and credit updated.
