Unresolved Blacklisting Issue Despite Payment and Lack of Assistance from Daly Corporation

I am very disappointed with Daly Corporation, the company handling my account. Despite sending numerous emails, I have received no assistance. I paid off my account in April, and it is now June, yet I am still blacklisted. Previously, for another account, I received a formal letter from Capitec confirming my removal from their records. I urgently request the same for this account. Daly Corporation needs to contact Capitec Bank and the Credit Bureau to resolve this issue promptly.
