UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF

Daly Credit Corporation has such unprofessional and clearly untrained staff at part of their collections department. I have told them time and again and sent them proof of payment that I do not owe FNB but because an acc was sent to them in error their agents feel it right to tell you to pay your debit that you do not even have and continuously insult you for not wanting to to authenticate yourself via a cell phone number call, they clearly ignored even the email I sent them showing them I do not owe FNB, instead of them going back to their client they rather come harras you because they think telling clients you should pay your accounts and not behave like that at your age? I mean does that Petunia Nxumalo think she is an age analyst? She did not even care that my cell phone calls are equally recorded as theirs. FNB needs to sort this thing out or I will leave banking at FNB! I cannot be harassed by unprofessional business associates they use for their collections and the account was handed over in error, its was long paid up!
