On Friday 3rd of January 2025 ,I took a call from your agent Nokwanda, she was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and interrupted me throughout the conversation, she said things like STOP SAYING HELLO HELLO AS IF YOU CANT HEAR ME among many other rude responses
