Unhappy about their service

Unhappy with their service and tarriffs. Inwas charged for phone calls that I never reveived and there is another number that appears on their statement that is not even mine. My account was handed over to Daly in December 2025. I was paying in store and now my account reflects R0 in store but their collection fees stands at R3268. I am so ****ed by them because now I cannot get a settlement letter due to them.
