<p>I have paid my account in full over three weeks ago. Eversince then I have been pushed around from pillar to post having to waste my time and money trying to locate where my R1916.00 is. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a client of Builders Wharehouse, which works through RCS. I recently learned that they handed me over to these useless bunch of people. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sent them through proof of payment that I had made at Builders Wharehouse in Fourways. When I call RCS they say they cannot access my account because they handed me over. Daily Corp says they waiting for RCS. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken to almost everyone and no one wants to help me? That is alot of money to pay just at once and this is how I get treated?? </p> <p> </p> <p>Yasmin Hassim doesnt respond to mails? </p> <p>Helen Reddy promised she'll sort everything out and have her manger phone me? Still no phone Call? </p> <p> </p> <p>It is either i get an answer today about my paid up letter and your disgusting service or I will go more public than just Hello Peter. </p>
