They refuse to send me my fnb loan statement

I called Daly Corp to settle my fnb loan account and the consultant offered me discount which I glady accepted. I requested for a statement on this account and till today I haven't recieved it. The last person I spoke to was rude and refused to help. I'm starting to think maybe this loan has been long ago paid and Daly Corp is trying to rip me off
