Ref No:***7 Settlement amount agreed and paid by due date - End October. Statement not updated as agreed. Outstanding balance owing now at nearly 3X the settlement amount.
I have sent numerous requests to be called back and to discuss what is happening and why are you not honouring your side of the agreement?
