The worst unprofessional company

Daly Credit Corporation If I could rate your company with zero stars, I would because they are the worst—extremely unprofessional and a total ****. I paid off my account last September, and even now, I still haven't received my paid-up letter. I've been calling for a month. No one seems to help me; they keep saying they'll check with admin. I strongly advise Truworths to reconsider their partnership with these people, as they are causing me major headaches. I need that paid letter for my home loan to show that the account is closed. Today when I called the consultant told me to stop being excited cause I paid my account, the rudeness of talking over me while I was still talking managers were always not available
