Terrible Service and No Assistance. I need a paid up letter

I settled my Edgar's account with them on agreed date and sent the proof of payment. But still until today when I call for them to provide a paid up letter and remove my name on the bureau. They are quick to harass you when collecting, but when you pay they don't bother. I'm sent from pillar to post and provided different emails everyday.
