Statement of revolving Standard Bank Loan

I want a statement from this company as it was representing Standard Bank for my recovery loans,they cannot just tell me that it was recalled by the bank.The initial amount was R14 000.00 and the last call i got from the call center they said its sitting at around R10 000.00. I just want proof of statement as i have all proof of payments that i started paying R500.00 every month since November 2018
