Rude and *********** staff

i have been harassed by the *********** staff, these people are very unprofessional, i have requested a email for my statement but at no regard they keep calling during working hours.

They have not responded and the last agent said did i ask for a email when i opened my account who hires these people?

What are they paid on.

So could i please get a response to my email? or do you guys get off on being stupid and disregard direct request?
