I got my ***th SMS today regarding my overdue account and the message saying that I have not made any payments.
Listen, I’ve made two already. I make them when I have money, I just declined the debicheck because I don’t want you guys taking off money that I already don’t have.
Low-key thing you guys are a **** company. So will be doing my payments DIRECTLY to TFG. Please stop messaging me, calling me, and everything else as it is nerves wrecking. I have been in hospital for the last few weeks and I don’t need the pure laziness of you guys not looking PROPERLY on your records to see that I have actually done some payments.
