Poor Service unable to get hold of the contact centre via phone or mobile app or anything

They put a block on my Standard Bank account for Standard Bank banking charges for the open account that I can still use it . I trusted Standard Bank as a brand with all my banking services after all this that has happened toady with their collection department and their 3rd party collections company Daly Corporation I am really disgusted of their service
