Poor service

The service i have been getting from this company is absolutely ridiculous, they can't send me a mere statement, tyey send me links that are working call agents can't assit you when you request to directly speak to someone who can assit you are told of useless processes. How does brands like TFG work with such people. You are told we have requested it for you but I never receive. Now send me my paid up letter, hope incontinence have to deal with you again
