Poor customer service and no communication

Daly Credit Corporation deserves a below zero star rating. I settled my account in August 2024 and I was informed that I will get the settlement letter in a few weeks. I have been calling every month since then and have been told that the admin is following up with Truworths and they will call me the next day. Its been like this since August 2024 and its frustrating. No one is getting back to me and 5 months later I still have not received the paid up letter
