Poor communication and bad service

I have been harassed by DALY CREDIT CORP for the past 3 days regarding a RSC Tekkie Town. The 1st consultant that made contact WITH ME INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF R220, I made a payment arrangement with her. I settled the amount that was given to me by the 1st consultant, and then I received another call from a consultant stating there is now an outstanding balance of R207.00. I refused to pay the amount. Then a third consultant contact me stating that the payment is not reflecting on their system which was today. I made contact with their whatsapp and then I was told via text message the outstanding balance is now R125.00. Can someone please assist me to resolve this matter as the harassment cannot continue!
