PAYUMENTS NOT REFLECTING

I have made a payment on the 22nd of Jan 2025 as well as another payment on the 16th of Feb, not one of these payments are reflecting on my account. I have sent numerous emails as well as spoke to people on the online chat that each one just tell me i need to wait.

This is unacceptable, it is almost a whole month since the payment on the 22nd of Jan, I am bombarded with emails saying i need to make a payment but when i do it doesn't reflect.

I refuse to make another payment until all my previous payments reflect.

Stop telling people to wait, you are messing with their money! Have some respect!
