Payments not being allocated !!!!

I’ve made a payment 14 Feb 2025 and until they have not allocated my payment and when querying I get told to ensure my arrangement is honoured.. Excuse me hello !!!! I’ve done my part by making the payment NOW DO YOUR PART BY ALLOCATING THE PAYMENT and stop telling me to make sure my arrangement is honoured !!!
