Pathetic service all round

Account settled via settlement on their website through the link on March 9th 2023. K am still getting weekly messages that the account os in meed of urgent payment. I have spoken to countless agents who assure me that matter has been escalated, yet urgent messages gets sent to me. Last person I spoke to Deseree, and I was assured it will be escalated. It is 41 days later after payment was made and still I am receiving notification.

When I log into the pay now system via their link it shows my account is on a R0.00 balance.
