I settled my Wonga account with Daly credit Copa ration and was tould I will get my paid up letter in 6 to 8 weeks it's now over two months no feed back no nothing, worst part scenario is that when I phone them to follow up they keep on telling me the same thing that they just requested for it week in week out they tell me the same story diffent consultants

They always promise to call me back for any updates wich they never do I don't even understand how they hand our credit over to such parthedic people 0 knowledge of customer service unprofessional consultants no sense of emergency at all, they don't know what they doing, I need my paid up letter it is long over due
