Paid up letter

Rude, unprofessional employees.

The is a Samkelo Majozi who is very Rude and doesn't want to listen. He dropped my call because I did not agree with him.

The company, very ***********. I paid the settlement amount on the 30th but today I was told to pay R25 for settlement. They don't close the account and keep sending SMS for me to incurred more debt. Such a ****.

Instead of sending my paidup letter they are collecting from me something I do not know.

They are over charging and there is no communication I received from them. I am the one calling only for me to be attended by rude employees.

You promised to attend to my complaint but there was no communication from you still. I won't pay any money because that's why you are delaying to clear my name you want more money

Your administrator did not advise anything about the account being settled and a paid up letter instead she requested that I make a payment, read the email.

And the email was meant for April and you only sent it now. Check the dates at the end.

I want my paidup letter so I can leave you in peace
