Paid Up Letter

This a very poor service debt collector, I paid up my account yet they are telling me that I will get paid up letter after 6-8weeks. I need proof of payment from them. Paid up letter it is something that is issued within 2days once payment reflected on their side. Yet am told i should wait for 6weeks. I am honestly not happy with them
